Policy
Polish Maritime Rescue maintains a high level of quality and safety in all areas of its operations. The Company’s Policy requires all employees to perform their duties professionally, safely, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
The Company’s goal is to provide the highest quality services and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest level of safety for personnel, the environment, and property.
The proof of the Company’s operation in accordance with the Safety Management System and QHSE Policy are the certificates:

Procedures
The QHSE Management System is an integrated system based on the International Safety Management Code (ISM Code), ISO 9001:2015 standard, and the Maritime Labour Convention MLC 2006.
The QHSE Management System consists of two parts:
- QHSE Management System Manual,
- as well as procedures, instructions, and checklists.

Training
PRO ensures employee development through skill improvement, specialized training, and courses. Continuous verification of training needs, checking the validity of certificates, and identifying legal and client requirements ensure that ships are manned with highly qualified crews.
We maintain the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental protection, and employees are fully prepared to carry out assigned tasks.
We organize closed training courses on the QHSE system:
- QHSE Policy
- changes in regulations related to the Company’s current operations
- additional requirements from our clients related to service operations
We also provide support for participation in external training courses organized by certified training centers.
